Even though we wanted to move our vehicle over the holidays, not the easiest time especially with the bad weather, Julius found a second driver after the first driver broke down. Our vehicle was delivered within two weeks of order placement. Julius kept us informed, found a great driver, and the entire process went smoothly. Great job!

I've shipped about 5 cars in the last 2 1/2 years. 1Flat Rate was the easiest to use and provided the most feedback throughout the process. Other companies initially gave me one price, then would come back and say they couldn't find a driver to take the car at that price. However this time the quoted price was the actual price, and the driver provided text updates for pick up and delivery. Was my best experience of all 5 cars shipped.

Definitely worth the call and follow up check-in. Finalized plans on Tuesday, car picked up Thursday on the east coast and delivered Monday on the west coast. Someone’s Porsche and Audi also made the cross country trip. We explored other options one of which who called back the next day saying they had something arranged even though we didn’t ask them to move forward and others who wanted a sizable deposit. We felt like these guys were straight shooters and went with our gut. Worked as expected. Nothing fancy, if you want to track your car you could leave an AirTag or Tile in it….

Overall, this was one of the best services I've received. The broker and driver were friendly. The initial estimate was to deliver my car in 5 days. The driver changed the route and delivered my car on the 3rd day. He was very friendly. I will definitely ship my car with them again.

I had a good experience with 1Flat overall. My biggest problem was the communication throughout the process. I called and wasn't contacted again until the next day when told they would call back shortly. Estimated pick up time was 3 hours, it was 4 but no communication and I hadn't made the deposit so I was nervous. There were a few more instances throughout the process but again overall good experience and I would use again despite the communication issues.
