Second time using this broker- first time no issues. This time , the carrier was bad they assigned- L&R Cargo Express. Not on time, does not speak English, and damaged car. This is where the broker failed. They will respond to this review with false information, making it my fault, and not once work to a satisfactory resolution. My car had damage during transport- claim was filed immediately. I followed the procedures from the broker, went and got two estimates $3,300 and $4,100. The broker initiated the claim with the carrier and their insurance company. After sending proof of damage via bills of lading on pick up and delivery, carrier insurance company agreed and paid their portion of the claim minus the carriers deductible. Since the carrier had a $2,500 deductible, the insurance company paid me $875. I was now looking at the difference to collect from the carrier- $2,500. This has been impossible as they have not responded. When reviewing with Easy Auto Ship, was told several things- 1.closing the claim as they did what they could- 2. Some of the damage was not from the carrier and I was trying to get unnecessary repairs, 3. Suggesting fraud as I was pursuing the possibility of putting a claim through my own insurance company, 4. Stated that due to a negative response they would no longer assist, 5. Continually respond to my reviews with lies and never seeking a resolution. They will reply to this with accusations and suggestions I have been non- cooperative. They have a statement on their website- “Fully Insured”- and a damage free guarantee- both are false. The resolution I suggested was to pay the differential of my deductible of $1,000 minus the carriers payout of $875 equaling $125, keeping me with no out of pocket expense. The response was that this was fraud… they do not like when the truth is told and will reply with their commentary on how they followed procedure and I was on my own to pursue the carrier- with no desire to work towards a resolution…. Needless to say both Easy Auto Ship and L&R Cargo Express should not be on your auto transport list.

We used Easy Auto Ship to transport our certified pre-owned BMW vehicle from Sarasota FL to NC. We selected the company because Forbes rated it highly and the agent we spoke to was courteous and knowledgeable. The agent assigned our job to 4A Transport. The driver did not understand English so we had to communicate with his manager. It was hard to obtain accurate ETAs and the driver had a lot of difficulty finding his way to our location and the fact that the communications had to go between his manager and the driver made it even more challenging. Our car was in pristine condition when it left the dealer's lot but upon arrival the right front rim was scraped. The agent at Easy Auto Ship filed a claim on our behalf but his claims office said the damage was not covered. Not a satisfactory response and very disappointing.

Easy Auto Ship was a good experience. Shannon was always available and helpful through the process. Leader, the driver, was very professional and a pleasure to do business with.. They did what they said they would do for the price quoted. No surprises. Best experience I have had transporting a vehicle. I will use this company again.

We had a car transported from Nevada to Illinois. The entire process took only four days. Can’t say enough good things. Seamless process.

Lindsay and Precious went above and beyond to help me on incredibly short notice. Not only was my car picked up much earlier than I could have hoped for, it arrived the same day I flew into the delivery city. They were friendly, efficient and I hope everyone trying to ship their car can have a similar experience to mine
