You guys were very attentive and you guys were very reasonable on price. I will definitely be using you guys again if I have to transport a vehicle thank you.

These people are unprofessional and lack any knowledge of financial transactions. The vehicle was delivered and the customer did a chargeback on the payment. However, 2 weeks ago we contacted the customer about payment and the customer provided confirmation for payment once again. It's been almost 2 weeks now and SGT keeps telling us that their bank has not received funds. They never communicate, nor with the carrier or the customer, which complained to us about the lack of communication. There is no accountability or remorse about the way this transaction has evolved. I would not recommend this company to anyone, poor operational, financial and customer service skills. When confronted about payment, they lie and start harassing you with threats of ceasing further business. If you still want to work with them I suggest doing COD only as they don't know how to secure billing orders.

I booked with SGT Auto Transport because they guaranteed their quote was FINAL—no extra fees, no price hikes, period. They assured me they would never come back asking for more money. That was a blatant lie. Just 2 hours after booking, they called demanding $300 more. The next day, they tried again. When I reminded them of their clear promise, they dismissed me with, "That’s the way the shipping business works." Well, if that’s how it works, then DON’T TELL CUSTOMERS YOUR PRICE IS FINAL just to pull a bait-and-switch! At no point did they explain this shady process upfront or mention their $149 cancellation fee—even when they fail to honor their own quote. And those glowing five-star reviews? Turns out, SGT bribes customers by offering free lunches in exchange for positive reviews (search them on Reddit to see screenshots of their bribe emails). Meanwhile, countless real customers report the same bait-and-switch pricing scam, hidden fees, and terrible service. SGT Auto Transport misleads customers, hides key information, and penalizes you when you refuse their scam. Avoid this company at all costs!

Do not believe their price match promise, they do not honor it. I was going to book with SGT, I received an agreement by email, in it was the wrong car information so did not e-sign it. Minutes later I received a signed "copy" by email. I immediately emailed them cancelling the booking. Now they have charged my CC $149 for cancelling as per the agreement I never signed. Customer service people were either rude or not well informed. Spend a few extra dollars and go with Montway or other reputable company.
